Fire Sprinkler System

Fire sprinkler system is an active Fire protection measure, consisting of a water supply system, providing adequate pressure and Flow rate to a water distribution piping system, onto which Fire sprinklers are connected.

Fire Alarm System
(Addressable & Conventional)

Fire alarm system is a set of electric/electronic devices/equipment working together to detect and alert people through visual and audio appliances when smoke/Fire is present. These alarms may be activated from smoke detectors, heat detectors, water flow sensors, which are automatic or from a manual Fire alarm pull station.

Emergency & Exit lights

Emergency lights are used in commercial buildings as a safety precaution to power outages, so that people will be able to find their way out of a building. Exit signs are often used in conjunction with emergency lighting

Fire fighting System

Fire Fighting system is probably the most important of the building services, as its aim is to protect human life and property, strictly in that order. It consists of three basic parts:

  • Large store of water in tanks, either underground or on top of the building, called Fire storage tanks.
  • Specialized pumping system.
  • Large network of pipes ending in either hydrants or sprinklers (nearly all buildings require both of these systems)

Fire Pump System
(specialized in UL listed & FM approved fire pump)

Fire pump is a part of a Fire sprinkler system's water supply and can be powered by electric, diesel or steam

Fire Extinguishers System

Fire extinguisher, or extinguisher, is an active Fire protection device used to extinguish or control small Fres, often in emergency situations

FM200 fire suppression system

Fire alarm system is a set of electric/electronic devices/equipment working together to detect and alert people through visual and audio appliances when smoke/Fire is present. These alarms may be activated from smoke detectors, heat detectors, water flow sensors, which are automatic or from a manual Fire alarm pull station.FM200 is a waterless fire protection system, it is discharged into the risk within 10 seconds and suppresses the fire immediately. There is a common misconception that FM200 gas reduces oxygen this is not true! FM200 is a synthetic/chemical fire suppression gas and extinguishes a fire by removing the free radicals or heat elements from the fire triangle. (Oxygen, Heat and Fuel). FM200 Fire Suppression is a suitable agent for normally occupied spaces.

FM200 fire suppression systems are commonly used in:

  • DATA Centres
  • Comms Rooms
  • Telecommunication facilities
  • UPS Rooms
  • Medical facilities

Wet Chemical Fire Suppression System

Kitchen hood systems have an efficient, automatic detector response that acts fast to suppress flames. Kitchen hood systems eliminate the need for a constant supply of the suppressing agent and manual shut off of the appliance’s gas and electric, while blocking any danger of a violent reaction that may spread flame or spill cooking oil. Facilities that should have kitchen hood systems:

  • Gourmet Restaurants
  • Sports Complexes
  • Fast-Food Chains
  • Retail Food Courts
  • Convenience Stores
  • Hotel Kitchens
  • Diners
  • School
  • Cafeterias
  • Food Service Kitchen

Pre Action System

Pre-action sprinkler systems are specialized for use in locations where accidental activation could damage high value physical assets as in archival vaults, museums, libraries or data centers. Similar to a dry-pipe system, a pre-action sprinkler system uses piping charged with air or nitrogen under pressure. The pre-action system holds back the water with an electrically operated valve, known as a pre-action valve. Water will not flow into the system until the supplemental fire detection system operates, signaling the pre-action valve to open. This system can allow assessment of the incipient fire prior to water release, potentially saving valuable assets from water damage.

Deluge System

Deluge systems are systems in which all sprinklers connected to the water piping system are open, in that the heat sensing operating element is removed, or specifically designed as such. These systems are used for special hazards where rapid fire spread is a concern, as they provide a simultaneous application of water over the entire hazard. hey are sometimes installed in personnel egress paths or building openings to slow travel of fire (e.g., openings in a fire-rated wall).
